Hymns about Scripture

Scripture is the written Word of God, given by inspiration and profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. The church receives the Bible as a lamp unto the feet and a light unto the path. Hymns of Scripture celebrate this gift: that God has spoken, that His words are pure, and that His testimonies endure forever. Such songs train congregations to love the Book and to hear it as the voice of the living God.
