"Almighty Father! robed with light" is a hymn of resignation by Edward Trapp Pilgrim, based on the prayer "Thy will be done." It was published in the second edition of his Hymns Written Chiefly on the Divine Attributes of the Supreme Being (1831, p. 8) in three four-line stanzas.
