"All is bright and gay around us" is a children's hymn for St. Philip and St. James' Day by John Mason Neale. Composed in four eight-line stanzas, it was published in the third series of his Hymns for Children (1846, No. 18) and retained in later editions.

In the S.P.C.K. Church Hymns (1871) and several other compilations, the text was introduced with minor revisions under the opening line "All is bright and cheerful round us."
