"All the sacrifice is ended" is an Easter hymn written by Samuel John Stone. Composed in six six-line stanzas, it was written for his 1866 volume Lyra Fidelium (No. 5) to illustrate the article of the Apostles' Creed: "He descended into Hell; The third day He rose again from the dead."
The hymn was reprinted in A Supplemental Hymnal (London, 1873) and appeared in two of Stone's 1884 publications, Church Service for Children and Carmina Consecrata.
