An anonymous hymn on the theme of youth dedicated to God, published in five stanzas of four lines. It first appeared in the American Presbyterian Psalms and Hymns in 1843, and was later included in the American Presbyterian Psalms and Hymns for the Worship of God, published in Richmond, Virginia, in 1867.
