1. Jesus is here, Jesus is here.
Here on the door-step He's waiting so near,
Not far away, but ready today,
Your poor lost soul this moment to save.
Here on the door-step He's waiting so near,
Not far away, but ready today,
Your poor lost soul this moment to save.
Refrain
Open your heart's door to Jesus,
He's standing near, waiting to hear
your heart's confession and He'll take possession,
So open your heart's door and let Him come in.
Open your heart's door to Jesus,
He's standing near, waiting to hear
your heart's confession and He'll take possession,
So open your heart's door and let Him come in.
2. Whosoever will, Whosoever will,
May take the water of life to fill,
Jesus has paid, His life down He laid,
For all your sins, atonement He made
May take the water of life to fill,
Jesus has paid, His life down He laid,
For all your sins, atonement He made
3. "Don't turn away, Don't turn away
From the soft warning" your conscience would say,
God's broken laws, your sin and your fall,
Oh, do not grieve God's Spirit who calls.
From the soft warning" your conscience would say,
God's broken laws, your sin and your fall,
Oh, do not grieve God's Spirit who calls.
4. Jesus, come in; Jesus, come in;
Oh, lift the burden, forgive all my sins.
Conquer, O mild One, my heart so wild,
Take now and cleanse and make me God's Child.
Oh, lift the burden, forgive all my sins.
Conquer, O mild One, my heart so wild,
Take now and cleanse and make me God's Child.
